These terms cover the use of the Onely mobile app and the onely.fit website, operated by Ondřej Eliáš, Czech Republic. By using Onely you agree to them.
What Onely is
Onely builds personalised meal plans and helps you keep track of your food, movement and weight. It is a tool for everyday nutrition — not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Health notice
Onely is for healthy adults aged 18 and over. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an eating disorder, diabetes, a kidney, liver or heart condition, or take medication affected by diet, talk to your doctor before following any plan. Stop and seek advice if you feel unwell. You decide what you eat — you are responsible for your own health.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use Onely for anything unlawful and do not try to break, scrape or overload the service.
Subscription
Onely offers a free week of meal plans, counted in eating days. After it ends, generating new weeks requires a paid subscription; your existing plan, swaps and streak stay available. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and follow their billing and refund rules. You can cancel at any time in the store account settings.
Content and accuracy
Meal plans are generated automatically and nutrition values come from food databases. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we cannot guarantee exact numbers for every ingredient or that any particular result will follow. Always check the food you actually buy — especially for allergens.
Allergies
You can exclude foods you do not want, and we respect that in generated plans. Still, always read the label of what you buy. We cannot take responsibility for allergic reactions.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, texts and the Onely name belong to us. Your data and your photos belong to you.
Liability
Onely is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by Czech law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. This does not limit your rights as a consumer.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top will say when. If the change is substantial, we will tell you in the app. You can stop using Onely at any time and ask us to delete your data.
