Privacy Policy

Onely is a meal planning app made by Ondřej Eliáš, Czech Republic. This policy explains — in plain words — what the app stores, why, and what we never do with it. If anything here is unclear, write to support@onely.fit.
The short version
- We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, not ever.
- There is no advertising in the app and no advertising trackers.
- Your data lives on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).
- You can ask us to delete everything, and we will.
What we store
- Account. The app can run on an anonymous account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we store the identifier those services give us so your plan follows you to a new phone. We do not get your password.
- Your profile. What you fill in the questionnaire: age, sex, height, weight, activity, goal, how you cook, foods you do not want. We need it to calculate your targets.
- Weigh-ins and measurements. The numbers you enter yourself. The coach reads their trend to adjust your plan.
- Your meal plans and what you ticked off. Including the shopping list and your streak.
- Steps. If you allow it, the app reads your step count from the phone's health data. Steps are used to show your day and are not sent anywhere else.
- Photos. Before/after photos stay on your phone. They are never uploaded to our servers.
Where it is stored
We use Supabase (hosted in the EU, Frankfurt region) for accounts and for the data above. Part of the data also stays on your phone so the app works offline.
AI and your meal plans
Meal plans are generated with the help of a large language model (Anthropic Claude), called from our own server. What we send is the information needed to build a plan: your targets, diet preferences, number of meals and excluded foods. We do not send your name, e-mail, photos or account identifiers. The model provider does not use this data to train its models.
What we do not do
- No selling or renting of personal data.
- No advertising networks, no ad profiling.
- No third-party analytics that follow you around the internet.
How long we keep it
As long as you use the app. Delete your account and we delete your profile, plans and weigh-ins. Anonymous, aggregated technical logs may be kept briefly to keep the service running.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of your data in a portable form. Write to support@onely.fit and we will handle it within 30 days.
Children
Onely is for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for anything substantial, tell you in the app.
